Colts Fire Jim Caldwell

Indianapolis (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Indianapolis Colts have released Jim Caldwell as the head coach of the team. Caldwell just finished 3rd year as head coach where the team went 2-14, he finished 26-22 overall as the head coach. He came to the Colts with Tony Dungy in 2002.

Colts Owner Jim Irsay and new general manager Ryan Grigson had a press conference Tuesday afternoon to discuss the decision. If you want to hear parts of their comments click on the video link.
