Charges Against Huntington County Commissioner Dropped

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Charges have been dropped against a Huntington County Commissioner accused of inappropriately touching two different women.

Tom Wall had been charged with seven counts of misdemeanor battery and his trial was scheduled to take place this Wednesday.

Wall initially faced up to 3 and ½ years behind bars and $7,000 in fines. As the charges were pending, he had been re-elected Commissioner
