FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Former Fort Wayne School Board Member Kevin Brown has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunk driving.

Police say the 53-year-old's blood-alcohol level was over the legal limit when he was pulled over in September for not using a turn signal or having a license plate.

Brown was elected to the board in 2006, but lost re-election last month.

The plea agreement calls for him to serve 10-days on home detention. It's not clear when he will be sentenced.
