Brown Files Candidacy At Election Board HQ

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Another Republican candidate filed paperwork, making her bid for mayor official.

City Council Woman Liz Brown had announced her intention to run back in December, but on Wednesday she filed her formal declaration of candidacy, as required by election law.

She said cutting the mayor's and deputy mayor's salaries is not a bad idea, but she says there’s opportunity for greater savings in other areas.
