Body Found Inside Freezer, Kokomo Man Charged with Murder

Kokomo, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - 52-year-old Walter Logan of Kokomo has been charged with murder after the body of a homeless man was discovered decomposing in a basement freezer.

Police say Logan had been drinking, and doing drugs with the 29-year-old man when he placed duct tape over the victim's nose and mouth then fell asleep.

Logan says when he woke up he the man was dead.
