CLEVELAND, Oh. (www.incnow.tv) - Ariel Castro appeared in a Cleveland courtroom Wednesday morning.

According to officials, Castro plead 'not guilty' to 329 counts of rape, torture, and murder.

Castro, 52, is accused of holding three women captive for years. The murder charge is connected to accusations that Castro starved and repeatedly punched one of the women until she miscarried.

If convicted, Castro could face the death penalty.
