Wednesday Morning Bunt Drive Stabbing Victim ID'd

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Allen County Coroner released the identity of the city's latest homicide victim.

38-year-old Aung Kyaw Thu is being held for 72-hours while prosecutors decide whether to upgrade the charges against him.

Right now he's charged with aggravated battery.

Police arrested him after officers found his friend, 30-year-old Ar Lee, dead from a stab wound on Bunt Drive early Wednesday morning.

In court documents, Thu told police his friend stabbed himself while the two were drinking, but gave differing accounts of what went occured.
