ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Voting "on" Election Day is still the dominant tradition for selecting candidates.

The process wrapped up Monday afternoon in Allen County.

But "early" voting is apparently growing more and more popularity.

The final tally was 11,437 votes, a 39 percent increase from early voting numbers in the 2006 midterm election.
