WATERLOO, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The surviving suspect in the shooting of a Waterloo Deputy Marshal gets her trial date pushed back Wednesday.

The lawyer for Julie Marie King was granted a delay in the scheduled June 18th trial of his client in the December shooting of Deputy Marshal Stephen Brady.

King is charged with felony murder.

No new trial date has been set.

Her alleged accomplice, Ralph Hardiek, was shot to death in a police standoff hours after Brady took a bullet to the face during a confrontation in the streets of Waterloo.

Brady is recovering from his injuries.
