Alleged Confession From Suspect In Tuesday's Rudisill Shooting Death (VIDEO & PHOTO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Josiah Thomas is sitting in Allen County Jail charged with murder in connection with Tuesday's shooting death at an intersection of Rudisill and Indiana.

22-year-old Gerelle Borum was taken to the hospital where he later died from a bullet wound. His death is the 10th homicide of the year.

According to court records, Thomas allegedly confessed to the crime saying he was driving down Rudisill Blvd., noticed Borum walking, stopped the car and began firing.

Police say several shell casings were found in his vehicle.
