FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - As Fort Wayne's task force works its way through nearly 1,000 proposals for what to do with the city's light lease money, the mayor has stressed that all meetings will be open to the public.

The panel hopes to recommend to the mayor several proposals on how to use the $80 million by late August.

The Legacy Task Force had planned to hold private working sessions to speed up the process of reviewing so many proposals, but even those sessions now will be open to the public.

The next legacy meeting is scheduled for June 30th at Citizens Square.
