ALBION, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Harlan man was killed when he wrecked his motorcycle near Albion.

Police say 50 year old Kimloy Snell apparently ran a stop sign at County Roads 100 east and 400 south and collided with a pickup truck around 8:30PM Wednesday night.

Snell's 51 year old wife Kimberly was riding with him and was seriously injured in the crash. The truck driver refused treatment at the scene.

Police say the Snells were not wearing helmets. They suspect alcohol played a role as their investigation continues.
