BOSTON, Mass. (www.incnow.tv) -- An ABC affiliate station in Boston got an exclusive interview with the man who found Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in his boat and ultimately made the call that lead to his capture.
Dave Henneberry is the owner of the boat where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the youngest brother of the alleged Boston Bomber duo, went to hide last Friday.
In an exclusive interview he told ABC that when he looked in the boat, after the nearly day long curfew had been lifted, he saw alot of blood and then a body lying near the engine block. Henneberry ran inside and called police. Coverage has shown thermal imaging that authorities used to locate his body inside the boat and the robot arm they used to remove the cover to expose Dzhokhar.
The ensuring gun battle destroyed his boat, which he called the Slip Away II. Henneberry says he's just glad he's alive and that he was an incidental hero.
"I'm glad...I'm just glad that if, i hate to use cliches of words, but if the people that got killed can get something," Henneberry struggled to get his emotions out through his tears.
