An Argument, Stabbing and Now Murder Charges

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne man is now officially charged with killing his brother.

27-year-old Jeremy Spence appeared in Allen County court for his initial appearance Tuesday morning, and was formally charged with murder.

Police say he stabbed 28-year-old Jeffrey Spence-Junior in the chest during an argument at a home on east Pettit Avenue on June 26th.

Jeffrey Spence died at the hospital.

The date for Jeremy Spence's murder trial will be set during a hearing on July 27th.
