GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (NBC33) The FBI is reporting that two Fort Wayne men, Marcus Ewing and Dontray Jones, have been named as suspects in the robbery of a Grand Rapids Credit Union.

Authorities say Ewing entered a Kent County Credit Union wearing a fake beard, a hood pulled over his face, and used a handgun to threaten employees.

According to WOOD After forcing the bank manager to empty all the drawers and open the safe vault, the robber fled the scene with an accomplice in an SUV.

The SUV was later found abandoned and authorities found a gun, a bag of money, a fake beard and Ewing's ID in the vehicle. Ewing was later arrested after asking a plain clothes detective for a ride. Jones was found not far from the SUV and was arrested after allegedly lying to authorities.

Both men are now facing bank robbery charges and the U.S. Marshals have them in custody.
