Franciscan Center Expecting Huge Turnout for "Turkey Tuesday"

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - The Franciscan Center is expecting to help a record number of people on "Turkey Tuesday."

Since 2007, the number of people Franciscan Center helps is increasing. In 2007 they helped 770 people. In 2011 they helped 1,400 people and they expect 1,500 this year due to growth of need.

The Tuesday before Thanksgiving is the largest usage day for the Franciscan Center food pantry.

The center needs donations of turkeys, hams, or money to buy hams and turkeys. People can donate now up until November 20th.
