FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Monday we reported that the Occupy Fort Wayne protesters had the power shut off at Headwaters Park.

The City of Fort Wayne had told the protestors that the park would be winterized soon which included shutting down the public bathrooms. When the power was shut off too, the protestors said they were not told that was part of the plan.

Tuesday night the power was back on in the park.
