BSU Drops 3 Fort Wayne Charter Schools

MUNCIE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Ball State University will not renew contracts with seven charter schools in Indiana, including three in Fort Wayne.

Ball State officials confirmed Tuesday that Imagine MASTer Academy, Imagine Schools on Broadway and Timothy L. Johnson Academy did not perform to standards; and the university will allow its relationship of the charter schools to expire on June 30.

Other charter schools losing sponsorships are two in Gary, one in Indianapolis and one in Richmond.
