122nd Fighter Wing Gets Outstanding Comments

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A consolidated unit inspection just wrapped at the 122nd Fighter Wing at the Fort Wayne Air National Guard Base.

They received, "satisfactory”, "excellent" and "outstanding" comments in categories ranging from air combat command compliance to commander assessment.

The leaders at the 122nd say the results are clear that the wing is a "solid, combat-oriented and fully compliant wing" with some improvements still needed.

They called this inspection the most comprehensive since the unit's inception, back in 1946.
