100 Years of Cars Available at the 2012 Auburn Spring Auction

Auburn, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – It’s time for the annual Auburn Spring Auction where some beautifully designed vehicles will hit the auction block over the weekend.

The auction which is taking place at the Auburn Auction Park visible right from I-69 just north of Fort Wayne will have an auction preview day from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday for everyone interested in viewing what will be up for auction starting Friday.

The auction runs June 1-3, at the Auburn Auction Park, 5536 County Rd. 11A, Auburn, IN 46706. The gates open at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Friday, 9 p.m. Saturday, and 6 p.m. Sunday.

One of the highlights at this year's auction is a 1930 Duesenberg Model J Boattail Speedster valued at $550,000 to $650,000. You can also check out a 1969 DeTomaso Mangusta mid-engine sports car valued at $75,000 to $100,000.
