1 Year Behind Bars For Marshmallow Festival Thief

ALBION, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- 31-year-old Bret Goodyear of Ligonier has been handed a one-year jail sentence for stealing money from the town's Marshmallow Festival.

Police say he took $2,300 from the event when he was vice-chairman of the festival committee. Earlier Tamara Deel, the festival chairperson, received a one-year sentence after police say she stole $15,000 from the event.
