FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- In this week's episode of Cool Science Monday, Martin Fisher from Science Central will talk about the science of liquids.
Liquids are made up of molecules. The molecules will move in different ways, depending on the liquid. I had a jar of cold water, warm water, and soda. The soda was clear and colorless so it was easier to see the experiment. I placed a few drops of food coloring into each jar. Due to the different rates that the molecules of liquid moved, called molecular motion, the dye was dispersed faster or slower, on the liquid surface or throughout the jar.
