FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In this week's episode of Cool Science Monday, Martin Fisher from Science Central talks about the human skeleton. Martin explains the difference between a baby skeleton that has about 270 bones which fuse together as we get older so that an adult has about 206 bones. Martin also explains what a bone is made of and how each bone in your body is classified.

Also coming up on Saturday, March 5th, Science Central is going to hold its annual event called Doctors’ Day. Science Central will partner with the Fort Wayne Medical Alliance and have 30 medical groups around the building and every 30 minutes a different health-related program will begin in the Demo Theater.

Admission will be free from 10 am - 2 pm, and remember Science Central is open until 5 pm so you’ll have plenty of time to look around.
