FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- In this week's episode of Cool Science Monday, Martin Fisher from Science Central will talk about optical illusions.
Martin showed two examples of Figure Ground Reversal – the famous faces/vases one and the Canadian flag.
This is where two pictures share the same lines. The brain can see either one image or the other. The one in front (the one that the eye/brain sees at that moment) is called the figure, and the one behind it is the ground.
