FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- In this week's episode of Cool Science Monday, Martin Fisher from Science Central will talk about hovercrafts.

It is an activity from Science Central's upcoming Winter Break Science Camps. Air is forced between a platform and the ground. This causes high pressure in that space. Air from outside that space – low pressure – then flows into the space. This creates a cushion of air. The layer of air allows the platform to lift up, hover and easily move around the room.
