The Fort Wayne Children’s Choir invites youth in grades 3 – 12 to discover the song inside of them by becoming a member of one of its ensembles. Placement hearings are open to any young singer interested in pursuing their love for singing and passion for choral excellence.
The Fort Wayne Children’s Choir (FWCC) is finishing its 42nd season. Comprised of eight ensembles, the FWCC provides an opportunity for young people to not only learn music, but also to learn valuable life lessons in leadership, teamwork, and respect. All ensembles of the Fort Wayne Children’s Choir sing at season concerts, community festivals, civic events, and collaborate with many other arts organizations.
Families desiring to get their children involved in the program must be a part of a placement hearing which will determine which choir that best suits their needs.
Placements will be held at the following dates/times/locations:
Monday-Thursday, May 18-21, 4:30-6:00pm
IPFW Rhinehart Music Center, Fort Wayne
