Born in Greece, Steven’s family moved to Florida in his childhood, and there, he furthered his passion for cooking at his family’s restaurant. He went on to train at fine restaurants in Chicago, and then to apprentice under the finest chefs at Walt Disney.
Steven has gained recent notoriety from his PBS Series A Chef’s Journey. Chef Steven has cooked alongside many celebrity & James Beard chefs, including Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence, and Emeril Lagasse.
