The North Anthony Corridor Goes "Back to School" on Walkable Wednesday.

Friends and neighbors of the North Anthony Corridor Group (NACG) will be going "Back to School" at this month's Walkable Wednesday on August 12.

NACG’s Walkable Wednesdays are held the second Wednesday of every month. They encourage people to explore Corridor businesses and to get to know the neighborhood. Most of this month's events run from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Firefly Coffee House will be offering specials on Jones Sodas, root beer floats, and kids' smoothies, and The Health Food Shoppe of Fort Wayne will be giving away healthy food and drink samples.

The Bookmark will be offering a free $5.00 gift card to anyone who stops in, and they are taking entries for a draw to win a 32" TV, while Studio Seva Yoga will be offering two free yoga classes: from 5:30-6:30 and from 6:45-7:45.

Additionally, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, located down the block at 3535 Crescent Ave., will be collecting school supplies for FWCS Middle School students.

Other participants in this month's Walkable Wednesday include: CORE, The Resource Store, and Chrome Plate Diner.
