Local employers take note: Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) students are prepared. They know what it takes to work hard and achieve goals. Don't miss this opportunity to discover the professional and leadership skills they can offer your business as you network with student leaders representing their affiliated organizations.
At the IPFW Reverse Career Fair, students set up the booths and employers approach the tables. The career fair will kick off IPFW Career Connections Week on Monday, March 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Walb Union Classic Ballroom.
Registered employers will:
•receive a list of attending IPFW-affiliated groups along with their bios;
•speak with student leaders and learn more about ways to engage with them; and
•connect with potential hires for internship and full-time positions.
“By attending the Reverse Career Fair employers are engaging and creating potential employment relationships with our outstanding students,” said Ashley Calderon, director of IPFW Career Services. “And while employers gain access to IPFW's talent pipeline, our students are learning how to take control of and manage their career development.”
Reverse Career Fair registration is only $25 per employer and includes:
•access to over 40 student organizations featuring 100+ student leaders;
•the ability to research these student groups and their represented majors using the Career Fair+ app;
•lunch for two company representatives.
