Learn how native plants in lakescaping and rain gardens can improve water quality. Managing storm water run-off through native plants in a rain garden or lakescaping is an effective, practical and beautiful way to improve water quality of our lakes, streams and rivers.
Get information on cost-share opportunities through the St. Joseph River Watershed Initiative’s Upper St. Joseph River Watershed grant for installation of rain gardens, lakescaping and rain barrels. Up to 75% cost-share is available to the residents of Clear Lake, Lake Seneca, and Hamilton Lake.
You do not have live in the Upper St. Joe watershed or on Clear Lake to attend this event. Everyone is welcome!
