Homeowners hoping to give their home a facelift will find around 100 home improvement exhibitors relating to kitchens, baths, carpet, doors, windows, insulation, room additions, home building, mortgages, roofing, decks, cooking, cabinets, refinishing, basements and much more, all to help showgoers plan for renovation projects.
Other highlights include the Indiana Wine Experience from 6-9pm Friday featuring Hoosier-based wineries, food samplings, artisans, music by the J Taylors, silent auction, giveaways, and a grape stomping contest. Tickets are $20 per adult (age 21+), and $30 per couple.
The Taste of Home Cooking School will host step-by-step cooking demos at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, and guests can shop for fresh local produce during the Sunday Farmer’s Market. Tickets are $20.
Cindy Friend, local interior designer and owner of Cindy Friend Boutique, will host presentations on “Kitchen & Bath Trends: Why Details Matter” at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 and 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20. Lowe’s will host free daily home improvement seminars, too.
Hours are Noon-9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday
Cost is $10 per person; children 12 & under free; $3 off general admission coupons available at Fort Wayne Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, as well as Windows, Doors & More.
