Cancer Services will host its annual Alvin & Madeline Strauss Foundation Educational Symposium on Tuesday, May 21. Suzanne Dixon, MPH, MS, RD will present “Nutrition in Cancer Care: From Psychology to Physiology,” providing critical information about the role of nutrition in cancer care to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, dieticians, social workers, and case managers.
