Crestwoods Frame Shop and Gallery continues with new work by Austin Cartwright and Gwen Gutwein. The show continues through October 3rd.
Cartwright, working in oil presents his new abstract paintings in both strong colors and composition, and heavily textured surfaces. His titles tell a story of his thought processes.
Gutwein’s plein air work shows her wonderful ability to capture the essence of the subject she is painting. Her talent with light and shadow are evident in this new body of work, whether a barn, landscape or portrait.
