Professional Bass Fisherman Clay Dyer
Moose Lake Christian Craft Village welcomes professional bass Fisherman Clay Dyer.
Clay Dyer was born on May 23, 1978, without any lower limbs, no arm on the left side and a partial arm on the right. However, these limitations did not dampen his determination and positive spirit.
Clay began fishing at age 5. A natural competitiveness became evident early. Clay never allowed his physical disabilities to be an obstacle and began fishing tournaments at age 15. He became a professional angler in 1995 and fished in the "major leagues" on the FLW Tour for 4 years.

Chain Saw Carving Festival
Get a front row seat and watch the carvers as they transform a log into an "Amazing Sculpture". Enjoy shopping for a one of a kind piece from our local master craftsman or commission them to come to your home and create a one of a kind sculpture.

As a special added attraction "Johnny Appleseed" will be in attendance all day to relive his stories and talk with everyone.
There will also be live music and entertainment on the village stage as well as handmade crafts by local artisans.
Of course Mackey's General Store and the village will be open for your leisurely past time enjoyment.
