Free for GFWHCC current members and $8 for non-members.

The GFWHCC Board of Directors and associates welcome current and prospective members to the 1st quarterly networking & membership meeting of 2015.

Nancy A. Jordan CPA CISA, is Senior Vice President, Individual Annuity Operations, Shared Services and Information Technology at Lincoln Financial Group, and a member of the company’s Corporate Leadership Group.

Ms. Jordan and her team are responsible for issuing, providing post-sale service and retaining Lincoln’s variable and fixed annuity products.

Active in community affairs, Jordan is Lincoln’s site leader for the Fort Wayne operations

and serves as President of the Allen County-Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board. Jordan is a board member for Greater Fort Wayne Inc. and a member of its Downtown Development and Leadership Committees. She also serves on a City Riverfront Study Advisory Committee. She is a past board member of Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, the YWCA and Martin Luther King Montessori School.

A special recognition to our GFWHCC’s Trailblazer: Mr. Gilberto Pérez Jr., MSW, ACSW.

President/CEO of Bienvenido Community Solutions and Senior Director of Intercultural Development and Educational Partnerships at Goshen College. Gilberto serves as a mentor to the newly formed Young Minority Leadership Network in Goshen, IN.

Bienvenido Community Solutions works at building bridges with immigrants and the host culture. A recent initiative is bringing law enforcement and Latino immigrant congregations for trust-building and open conversation on community policing efforts. Bienvenido

Community Solutions is working with Indiana University School of Medicine to conduct a research study on discrimination and mental health in Latino youth. Gilberto serves on the research team as a community consultant connecting researchers to local Latino residents and systems that work with Latino youth.
