Location: Fallen Timbers Battlefield visitor center
Enjoy a summer’s evening and brush up on your history at America’s Newest National Park. On June 16 the Maumee Valley Heritage Corridor is sponsoring a walk on the Fallen Timbers Battlefield. The group will meet at 6:30 on the patio of the visitor center and be escorted by a historical interpreter dressed as one of the participants in the 1794 battle.
The program is free and opened to the public. The recently opened (October 2015) Fallen Timbers Battlefield is perhaps the only 18th century battle site in the United States that looks and feels much as it did the day of the battle. Please join us.
