2nd Annual Trotting for Oak Hill Children’s Therapeutic Horse Farm 5 km Walk/Run, Kids Dash, and Fall Party
Saturday October 26th, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at IPFW

The children of Oak Hill Farm invite the community to a family friendly 5 km walk/run, kid's dash, and Fall party on the scenic IPFW campus, Science Mall. The goal is to raise awareness and educate the community about Oak Hill Children’s Therapeutic Horse Farm, a 501c3 non-profit organization, North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). The therapeutic program provides certified riding instruction to children who are facing personal challenges.

The walk/run, kids dash, and Fall party will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 11:30 am to 1:30pm. Miss Indiana 2012 Terrin Thomas will be appearing in support of the Oak Hill Farm walk/run. She will also be performing a jazz vocal at the walk/run.
Trotting for Oak Hill Children’s Therapy Farm Details:
• When: Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 11:30am- 1:30pm
• Where: IPFW campus (Science Mall-middle of campus), 2101 Coliseum Blvd., East, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46807
• Who: family friendly (welcomes all ages)
• FREE Kids Activities: Oak Hill Farm Children’s riding demonstrations, live band, face painting, fun games, creative vendor displays, and a Fall Party! Children, you have a great opportunity to participate in games for a chance to win a FREE BIKE. Fort Wayne Police Dept. donated ten brand new bikes.

• Size: Open to public (bring family and friends)

• Run 5K Cost: $15 per individual, first 100 to pre-register and/or by the day of the event receive a free t-shirt. $35 per family of four and $5 per individual beyond family of four

SPECIAL GUEST: Miss Indiana 2013, Terrin Thomas. (Performing Jazz vocal)

Fall Party: Children are welcome to dress in costume (merry not scary)
