Belle Tire is excited to announce its growth and expansion in Indiana with three new stores, two in Fort Wayne (6040 Lima Road and 6030 Illinois Road) and one in Michigan City (5315 Franklin Street), all scheduled to open this fall. Each of the three new 10,000-square-foot locations will include 10 service bays, two full-alignment pits and a mezzanine warehouse built to hold more than 3,000 tires.
The Michigan-based family-owned tire retailer, founded in 1922, offers tires at a discount tires and a variety of automotive repair services ranging from brakes, alignments, batteries, shocks and struts, auto glass repair and replacement, exhaust system repairs and oil changes.
To support its expansion, Belle Tire will host two Career Fairs to hire approximately 60 full and part-time employees for a variety of positions including:
Tire Technicians, Sales Associates, Automotive Technicians and Store Management.

In 2015, Belle Tire entered the Indiana market opening four stores (Mishawaka, Elkhart and two in South Bend) marking the company’s first regional expansion since it opened in northern Ohio more than 30 years ago. Belle Tire tapped into the experienced local workforce and created nearly 80 new jobs and with the additional three stores will further its investment in the state with 60 new positions.
