Event Description

July 9, 2015 Updated Jul 9, 2015 at 10:22 AM EST

Victory Noll Center will be presenting a number of overnight retreat opportunities in the upcoming months, offering a timeless way to be renewed in a timely fashion. The Friday-Saturday schedules includes Taize prayer, input around the particular topic, quiet reflection space and conversation.

The first of these retreats is “Healing Toward Wholeness” to be held Aug. 14-15.

Everyone experiences broken places in their lives: broken hearts, broken relationships. Often it feels like the broken pieces have been scattered, misplaced, or left in a bottom drawer. Retreatants will gather the precious pieces of their lives, to see the grace, to tend with God their soul. Art, music, and guided meditation will be offered as ways to experience God gathering each person into wholeness. Retreatants are encouraged to bring a journal.

The retreat will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, August 14, and continue until 1 p.m. Saturday, August 15. The cost is $75 for those staying overnight at Victory Noll Center and includes accommodations, meals and retreats. The cost is $50 for commuters. Registration is required by August 5.
