Would you like to quit smoking, but just don’t know where to start? Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) is offering two programs designed to assist people on the difficult journey to becoming a non-smoker. Natalie McLaughlin, an RN from Parkview Hospital Community Nursing Program, will instruct a Freedom from Smoking program and lead the tobacco-free support group.

Freedom from Smoking classes will meet once a week for seven weeks, and we stop smoking on week 4. This class helps you prepare to quit, quit, and stay committed to staying smoke free. We encourage to come to the first class and see how the class works. You will receive a free workbook and relaxation CD.
Call Natalie McLaughlin RN BSN 260-705-4244 for information and to register.

Every Wednesday from 4/8-5/28 3:30-5pm or 5:30-7pm
