Location: Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2417 Getz Road, Fort Wayne
The concert will have a Veteran’s Day theme.
Featured selections will be:
” Where Eagles Sing”, “Resplendent Glory”,” American Pageant “,”Last of the Mohicans”, “Amazing Grace”, “American Patrol”, “Ode to Joy” and patriotic marches.
All veterans present will be recognized with the playing of “Armed Forces Salute” We encourage all active duty military and veterans to attend the concert.
Old Crown Brass was founded in 2007 and has become one of Fort Wayne’s premier performing ensembles. The band does about 8-10 performances a year and is in great demand throughout Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. This 35-piece brass and percussion ensemble is made up of members of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, local music educators and freelance musicians.
The band is under the direction of T.J. Faur and Tony Alessandrini.
Admission is free. Donations are encouraged.
A portion of the donations will go to the Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
