Jason Fox is the guest for a workshop taking place on May 10 at Living Arts. Living Arts offers the only traditional Japanese martial arts in Columbia City and the surrounding communities. Living Arts, a community-centered organization that fosters personal growth and well-being.
Jason was first introduced to BJJ at a Royce Gracie seminar in 2001. In 2002 he met and began to train with Royler Gracie and in 2008 Royler awarded him the rank of BJJ black belt.
As a competitor Jason competed and was successful in both gi and no gi events around the country. Some of his results include:
•2002 Gracie Worlds (Arnold Classic) FW – 3rd Place (Blue Belt)
•2003 Indiana BJJ Championships FW-Champion (Blue Belt)

•2005 Chicago Combat Championships – Champion (Adv. No-Gi)
•2006 Indiana Judo Championships – Champion (<145 Division)
•2007 RGDA Superfight-Champion (Brown Belt)
As an instructor Jason has a passion for sharing the art and sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
