Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne's (IPFW) Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, Indiana-Purdue Student Government Association (IPSGA), and the Three Rivers Art Center for Kids (TRACK) invite the public to a special community event for Women's History Month, Thursday, March 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Walb Union International Ballroom.

"An Evening of Cultural Expression" will feature speakers, live music, a dance performance, live theatre, and refreshments.

The evening will include:

Keynote address by Maleah Heck, "Generations of Women in My Family"
Presentation on "Destiny's Law," which would increase the penalties on anyone who harms or kills a child
Live performance by the Mimi Burns Band
Performance by the Fort Wayne Dance Collective
Premiere reading of "Angel Fire," written by TRACK founder Terry Doran
Performances by IPFW organizations: the Dancin' Dons, We Defy Dance Crew, and the D Sharp Show Choir
