Whether a student plans to go to college, enter a skilled trades program or enlist in the military, additional education will be a part of their future. For those planning on going to college, the Northeast Indiana College Fair is the perfect place to start. The College Fair will be Tuesday, March 6 at the Indiana University-Purdue University Fieldhouse.
At least 75 colleges, universities and military units from in and around Indiana – both public and private – will have information available on programs and services offered at the fair.
Representatives also will be available to talk with students about what they are looking for and what the school can provide.
Students from East Allen County Schools and Concordia Lutheran High School will attend the fair from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Students from Fort Wayne Community Schools will attend from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
From 6-7:30 p.m., the fair will be open for students and families who could not make it earlier in the day or who want additional information. From 7:30-8 p.m., there will be a financial aid information session for anyone interested in learning more about navigating the financial aid system.
