Heartland Chamber Chorale and storyteller Valerie Tutson present a unique performance for kids and the kids at heart.
Break the traditional way of spending family time by attending a musically enhanced offering of children’s storytelling in a special concert sure to please people of all ages, Heartland Sings: Family.
Internationally acclaimed storyteller Valerie Tutson joins the Heartland Chamber Chorale in two performances, Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2:30 pm in the Bridgewater Country Club, Auburn; and Sunday, Feb. 9 at the University of Saint Francis North Campus Auditorium at 2:30 pm.
Heartland and Tutson will present a concert that entertains and enriches the entire family with choral music and the contemporary art of storytelling. Gather your household and friends for a truly unique opportunity for family-bonding February 8 in Auburn and February 9 in the University of Saint Francis North Campus Auditorium.

Well known and admired for her inspiring storytelling performances, Tutson draws much of her repertoire from Biblical stories, traditional African songs and African folk tales she learned in her travels to West Africa and South Africa.
Heartland currently is in its 17th season as Northeast Indiana’s only professional choral ensemble. Upcoming performances include A Celtic Celebration, March 15 and 16; Let Us Remember, April 27; and Cathedral Classics on May 18.
