Heartland and the Heartland Jazz Orchestra take to Main Street Roanoke to celebrate America. From 40's Big Band to Armed Forces Service Anthems and maybe even something from the radio, Heartland will keep your toes tapping and spirits lifted as we join together to honor this great country.

Heartland, along with the Heartland Festival Chorus, appears on the Plymouth Music Series Summer Arts Festival for this modern oratorio by Indiana composer, Howard Terrell. First premiered in 2011, this work is inspired by the life of Jesus, but tells the story through those people who interacted with him. Scored for full-chorus, soloists and two pianos, this concert is sure to be a treat to beat the summer heat!Tickets: Free-will Offering
Heartland Jazz Quintet

This is your first chance to see a new group from Heartland, the Heartland Jazz Quintet. Formed in the spring of 2014, this group of 5 voices with jazz combo provides the best vocal jazz in the region. From acapella arrangements to jazz standards, reimagined to songs you might here on the radio, this is a show full of great music and unending fun. This concert is being presented as part of the Plymouth Summer Arts Festival that runs during Three Rivers Festival Week.

Here's a chance for the northern region to catch Heartland and the Heartland Jazz Orchestra. Bringing the Big Band sound with Heartland style to the Outdoor Theater in Auburn, this tribute to the Great American Songbook is a can't miss evening under the stars.
